The European Commission published the Ecological Design Regulation (EU) 2023/1670 and the Energy Labeling Regulation (EU) 2023/16691 in the official gazette on August 31, 2023. These two regulations have officially come into effect 20 days after their publication (i.e. September 20, 2023) and will be enforced from June 20, 2025.
